Soya and shiitake based sauce with a hint of sweetness. Thick in consistency and easy to add to any dish. Pairs well in a stir fry or drizzled on fried tofu.
We splashed a bit of the sauce on bok choy and mushrooms, and cooked on the barbecue for a delicious side to any meal (pictured here). Each bottle has 1200g.
Ingredients: Soy, shitake mushroom, water, wheat, cane sugar, starch.
Tastes great on rice and noodles.
Mixed it in with impossible to make burgers.
The biggest hit was the extra flavor it gave to the vegan stroganoff!
